Leaning Into Lavender, 1979
Many assume there aren't big seasonal changes here in Hawaii, but when you live at 3300 feet like we do, you look forward to the signs of spring. It's cold up here during the winter. We even get snow on the top or Haleakala occasionally. When the wisteria starts to bloom, we know the jacarandas will soon follow, along with the warmer weather. The sooner the better.
